Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
These terms and conditions of use (referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the platform located at epyc.app (the "Platform"). The Platform is provided by Entropy Global, Inc. ("Entropy"), operating under the brand name Epyc App, a smart budget management platform for digital advertising.
In these Terms, an individual user of the Platform is referred to as "you," and Entropy Global, Inc. is referred to as "Epyc App," "Entropy," "us," or "we." By proceeding to use the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in their current form and as Entropy may modify them from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.
2. Precedence Over Other Agreements
If these Terms conflict with any other agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Entropy Global, Inc. or any of its affiliates — including but not limited to master services agreements, statements of work, consulting agreements, or agreements relating to models, algorithms, datasets, deliverables, or data access — these Terms shall control with respect to your use of the Platform.
No other agreement grants you any right, license, or interest in the Platform, its software, its models, its underlying data, or any output generated through the Platform beyond what is expressly granted in these Terms. Deliverables provided under a separate engagement with Entropy Global, Inc. are governed exclusively by that engagement and do not constitute rights in the Platform.

11. Third-Party Integrations
Our Platform integrates with third-party advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business, and TikTok for Business. We assume no responsibility for:
- Changes to third-party APIs or terms of service
- Data accuracy from external platforms
- Service interruptions from integrated platforms
- Policy violations on external platforms
12. Data Processing Agreement
This section forms a Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") between you and Entropy Global, Inc. It governs personal data that we process on your behalf through the Platform's integrations, including any Shopify store, advertising account, or analytics property you connect. Where this section conflicts with any other part of these Terms in respect of such personal data, this section prevails.
Roles of the parties
You are the controller of personal data originating from the accounts and stores you connect. We act solely as your processor for that data, and process it only to provide and support the Platform. We process it on your documented instructions, which consist of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the actions you take in the Platform. We will not use it for our own purposes, and we do not sell it.
Scope of the data we process
We request the minimum data needed to provide the Platform. For a connected Shopify store, this is:
- Order records: order number and date, financial and fulfilment status, order totals and discounts, and line items with product title, SKU, quantity and price
- Product catalogue data: product title, status, vendor, type, inventory and variant pricing
We do not request or read your customers' names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or billing and shipping addresses. Our queries are written so that those fields are never returned to us.
Confidentiality and security
- Personnel authorised to process the data are bound by obligations of confidentiality
- Access is limited to those who need it to operate and support the Platform
- Data is encrypted in transit, and stored access credentials are encrypted at rest
Sub-processors
You authorise us to engage sub-processors — including cloud hosting and AI model providers — to help deliver the Platform. We impose data protection obligations on them no less protective than those in this section, and we remain responsible for their performance. A current list of sub-processors is available on request, and we will give reasonable notice before adding or replacing one.
Assistance to you
Taking into account the nature of the processing, we will provide reasonable assistance with:
- Responding to requests from individuals exercising their data protection rights
- Your security, breach notification, and data protection impact assessment obligations
- Demonstrating compliance with this section, by making available the information reasonably necessary to do so
We will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting data processed on your behalf.
Retention, deletion and return
Store data is read on demand to answer your requests. We do not run background syncs of your catalogue and we do not keep a copy of it. Results are stored with the conversation that produced them and are deleted when that conversation is deleted.
- Disconnecting a Shopify store deletes the access credentials we hold for it, once no connected account is still using them
- For other integrations, one set of credentials can serve several connected accounts, so we retain them while any of those accounts remains connected. You may ask us to delete them at any time
- For Shopify, uninstalling the app triggers Shopify's shop redaction request, on which we erase the access credentials and connected account records we hold for that shop. Results already saved in a conversation are deleted with that conversation, as described above
- On termination, we delete or return personal data processed on your behalf, except where retention is required by law
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism recognised under applicable data protection law.
Shopify protected customer data
For connected Shopify stores we additionally comply with Shopify's Protected Customer Data requirements: we process only the data needed to provide the Platform, we limit our use of it to that purpose, we tell you what we process and why, we apply the retention and security measures described above, and we respond to Shopify's mandatory privacy compliance requests.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- You may discontinue using the Platform at any time
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms
- Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform
- Data deletion will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
14. Trademarks
"epyc app" and related logos are trademarks of Entropy Global, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
15. Contact Information

16. General Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent that any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
